Surfex Coke Feeding & Electronic Weighing system with Rotor type Coke Injection Machine Model S-1C-FW-SR with Electric motor with material conveying hose pipe and metallic lance as per our standard specification. 2.5 Cub. Meter Feed Hopper with weighing system and micro processor controlled material feeding system with in flight correction facility system with control panel & variable drive A.C. unit with motor and gear box. The system consists of undermentioned parts: (a) Material hopper having volumetric capacity 2500 ltrs. mounted on load cells for measuring weight.

(b) Screw drive with 2 HP variable AC drive augur controlled by PLC. (c) The coke injection discharge unit complete with 10 meter hose pipe and hot gunning lance.
